Here are 5 activities I’ve found restore my energy, help me relax and make me happier.

  1. Sleep more
  2. Go for walks
  3. Eat more veggies
  4. Drink more water
  5. Spend more time with friends

So, next time you feel drained check if you should add one of these 5 activities.

Doing more, can make you less stressed.
